Ithaca College Dormitories

The Upper Quads are close to the School of Music and Campus Center (Dining Hall). Rooms are not air-conditioned and have shared bath facilities. Single rooms are 8’ wide by 15’ long. Double Rooms are 12'6" wide x 15'6" long. Each hall includes study lounges, television lounges, kitchens, vending, and laundry facilities.

Emerson Hall is adjacent to the Garden Apartments complex. Emerson offers numerous study lounges, air conditioning, and private bathrooms with showers. Emerson is three stories and fully handicapped accessible with an elevator. Emerson Hall wings connected by a common area that includes office space, laundry, vending, kitchen facilities and a TV lounge.

Linen packs are included with every room rental: 2 twin sheets, one pillowcase, two towels, one washcloth and one blanket per person. Fitness Center/Pool Access Card included FREE with all dorm registrations.
