Loyola University Dormitories
Single Room: $43 per person per night
Twin Room: $35 per person per night

Biever Hall is named for Fr. Albert Biever, the first President of Loyola University. It is a six-story co-ed residence hall that has the capacity to house 387 students. All rooms are furnished with two closets, two chests of drawers, two single beds (bunk-able), and two movable desks. In addition all rooms in Biever have local telephone connections, two direct Ethernet connections, and individual temperature controls. There are kitchens on each floor and a study lounge on each wing. Mail boxes, laundry facilities and a television lounge are located on the first floor. Biever Hall Rooms are 11 Feet, 8 Inches Wide by 15 Feet, 8 inches long. Each room is air conditioned with individual temperature controls.

In each Residence Hall room there will be a pillow and pillowcase, 2 flat sheets and a comforter, 1 washcloth and 2 towels, an ice bucket, and soap. Check-in begins at 10 am on the date of arrival and check-out is by noon on the date of departure. Loyola’s Recreational Sports Complex is a full-service health club facility open to resident conference attendees at no additional charge during their stay. Complete with an elevated indoor jogging track, weight training and fitness rooms, multipurpose courts, whirlpool, saunas, steam rooms, and a six-lane, Olympic-style indoor swimming pool, the RecPlex is a great place to unwind after a busy day.

Dorm room requests must be received by Friday, May 20th. On-site dorm walk-ons are not available at Loyola University.

Participants who are under eighteen years of age may only attend the festival and/or stay in the dormitories in the company of a legal parent or guardian.

Meals
There is no meal plan for ITF2005. Instead, all conference attendees may eat "a la cart" in the Orleans Room, which is located in Danna Center. The Orleans Rooms offers cafeteria-style dining featuring everything from Cajun Red Beans 'n Rice to scrumptious salads and delectable desserts. Cash, Express Card and all major credit cards are accepted.

Full American breakfast costs $14.00 or Continental breakfast $9.00 plus taxes. Check-in time is 4:00pm and checkout time is 12:00pm. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals and late departures. Valet parking is available at $18.00 per day for overnight guests.

ITF has negotiated a special rate of $89 a night during the festival. To get the special rate please specify International Trombone Festival on your booking.
