Registration takes place in the lobby of the Alta Ham Fine Arts Building. Please note that the dorms are now full.

Update (May 23): At this time, we cannot register you if you email or telephone us, but spaces are still available and we will be happy to welcome you and register you on site in Las Vegas. You can save time by ensuring your ITA membership is valid and up-to-date. Note: The dorms are full and you will not be able to book dorms on site.

Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a non-refundable $15 administration fee.

• 100% will be refunded for requests received by April 1
• 50% will be refunded for requests received by April 15
• 25% will be refunded for requests received by April 30
• 0% will be refunded for requests received after April 30
